Villa Cyca is a spacious and welcoming 3 bedroom villa, located in a tranquil cup-de-sac close to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy, surrounded by a natural pine forest landscape and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas / Garrão. The Royal and Ocean golf courses and the lively Praça do Vale do Lobo with a wide range of restaurants and entertainment venues, within walking distance are additional attractions.

The villa is built over 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms in total, all ensuite. There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa for your comfort.

On the ground floor, a large and comfortable living room with a seating area overlooking the pool area, where you can enjoy a fireplace, air conditioning and a large smart TV with a wide range of channels (Including SKY). This room also has a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The twin bedroom has a private bathroom with walkin shower, wardrobe, air conditioning and offers direct access to the pool area. On this floor there is also a social bathroom.

On the upper floor, there is master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with walkin shower and has patio doors leading to a spacious terrace with chairs where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee each morning and another twin bedroom with ensuite and access to the same terrace.

The outdoor area can opt for two separate dining areas for 6 people - at the rear of the house next to the kitchen and near the barbecue, you can enjoy the view of the pine forest or in the sunniest area of the house, next to the private pool. In the pool area there are also sunbeds for 6 people.
