Villa Ficus is a spacious 3 bedroom villa, located in a quiet area close to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy, surrounded by a natural pine forest landscape and just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas / Garrão . The Royal and Ocean golf courses and the lively Praça do Vale do Lobo with a wide range of restaurants and entertainment venues, within walking distance are additional attractions.

The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor, a large and comfortable living room with a seating area overlooking the pool area, where you can enjoy a fireplace, air conditioning and a TV with a wide range of channels (Including SKY PACKAGE). The room also has a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The double room with a private bathroom provides direct access to the pool. On this floor there is also a social bathroom.

On the upper floor are the 2 en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king size bed, air conditioning, private bathroom and direct access to a sunny terrace. The double room with air conditioning and a shared bathroom, also with access to the terrace.

The outdoor area can opt for two separate dining areas for 6 people - at the rear of the house next to the kitchen and near the barbecue, you can enjoy the view of the pine forest or in the sunniest area of ??the house, next to the private pool. In the pool area there are also sunbeds for 6 people.
